Richard and Karen Baldwin, the new owners of Lake Arrowhead Patrol, Inc., are delighted to announce the expansion of their company into the alarm business.  This important move makes Lake Arrowhead Patrol operating under its new name, Lake Arrowhead Patrol & Security Services a full service security company offering mountain residents a complete menu of security services at competitive prices. 

 After assuming ownership of Lake Arrowhead Patrol last year, the Baldwins queried their customers in an extensive telephone survey to determine how the company could best serve the needs of its clientele.  The resulting customer input identified the desirability for the Patrol to offer comprehensive alarm services.   To that end, Richard and Karen began the complex and rigorous process of obtaining their Alarm Company Operators’ license. 

The Qualified Manager of the new alarm division, Norman Huff, brings to the table a wealth of expertise, with more than thirteen years of experience in all aspects of the alarm industry, including installation, service, sales, and monitoring. A long-time mountain resident, Norman currently lives in Crestline with his wife Paula and their four children. With the Alarm Company Operators license, Lake Arrowhead Patrol & Security Services will now offer installation, monitoring, and maintenance of alarm systems.

 Lake Arrowhead Patrol & Security Services will continue round-the-clock patrol of their customers’ properties. Both full and part-time mountain homeowners appreciate Lake Arrowhead Patrol’s  renown range of homeowner services, which include weekly house checks, alarm response, winterizing, arrival preparation, guest and renter assistance, pet and plant care, free FAX and notary services, coordination of contractor services, and special requests from customers (“ Uh, Joanie, I left my watch on the counter in our cabin.  Would you mail it to my office in L.A.?”). Special discounts are given for Alarm/Patrol Service packages.  For more information on the numerous competitively priced packages offered by Lake Arrowhead Patrol & Security Services for full-timers and part-timers, contact their office at 909-337-2023.
